Pink Heals National Firetruck Tour Visits Hamilton Place

  • Friday, July 31, 2015

The 2015 Pink Heals National Firetruck tour will stop at Hamilton Place on Tuesday, Aug. 4 from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. and on Saturday, Sept. 12 from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Pink Heals began in 2007 to help people battling cancer, with a focus on women. The organization uses the theme of public safety with pink fire trucks and pink police cars to serve communities and put people first – before causes.   Pink Heals is one of the only charities that help other charities and tax based organizations raise money without controlling the dollars.  100% of donations go back to the public either to charities or directly to people in need.

In addition to the Pink Heals emergency services vehicles, the world’s first Children’s Fire Truck program, “Gunner’s Kids” will also be visiting.  The Gunner’s Kids program includes fund raising efforts on behalf of needy children in local communities along with unlimited potential for inspiring kids to achieve great things.  Assorted merchandise will be available for purchase including:  t-shirts, hats, patches, stickers, cozies, lanyards and more.
