Hammack, Rheba "Jeri"

Rheba “Jeri” Hammack, 87, of Madison, Tennessee, died on Thursday, July 2, 2015. 

She was of the Seventh Day Adventist faith and a leader in the church. She was employed by Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute for 12 years as a nurse, activity director and artist. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Kenneth Hammack. 

She is survived by her son, Kenneth Patrick Hammack (Cathy); daughters, Melody Steele (Bob), and Kennett Sinclair; brother, Jim Robinson; sister, Glenna Ingram (Bob); several grandchildren, great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. 

Services will be at 12 p.m. on Monday, July 6, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Reverend Troy Simmons officiating. Burial will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. on Sunday, July 5, at the funeral home.
