Angela Holloway Ensley, 33, of Collegedale, died on Friday, July 31, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Brenda Whidden Callahan.
Survivors include two children, Constance Ensley and Aiden Ensley; father, Ronnie (Linda) Holloway, Soddy Daisy; two sisters, Ashley (Sam) Huhn, Michigan and Amber (Jeff) Caldwell, Ooltewah; grandparents, Charles and Jewel Whidden, Collegedale.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are by the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist, 7414 Old Lee Highway.
