Olsen Law Firm Provides Immigration Law Presentations

Chattanooga attorney Terrence L. Olsen of the Olsen Law Firm will be giving immigration law presentations to international students on Sept. 2 at Southern Adventist University, on Sept. 3 at Chattanooga State Community College, and in Huntsville, Al. in late Fall at a location later to be announced. 

Attorney Olsen has provided immigration law presentations previously at University of Tennessee at Knoxville, Bryan College, Dalton State College, the University of Alabama at Huntsville, and Sewanee: The University of the South.

Attorney Olsen said the immigration law presentations will address: 1) Education requirements and policies regarding international students; 2) Travel requirements and policies regarding international students; 3) Employment requirements and policies regarding international students; and 4) Possible nonimmigrant & immigrant options. 

Having assisted with international student issues since 2002, attorney Olsen said he believes "that it is very necessary for international students studying in the United States to be aware of the many rules and policies concerning their valid stay in the United States in order to avoid any unforeseen problems and issues."
