Joyce Timmons
Joyce Lorraine Timmons, 90, of East Ridge, died on Friday, August 14, 2015.
Mrs. Timmons was born in Whitwell, Tn., and raised in Chattanooga.
She was preceded in death by her husband, L. E. “Scoot” Timmons; stepson, Luther “Willie” Timmons; parents, Thomas and Allie Smith; sisters, Essie, Lillian (Joe) and Eunice (Gene); and brothers, Crit (Bonnie) and Charlie (Grace).
Surviving are her daughter, Sherry (Cecil) Jones; grandchildren, Lori Jones, Allan (Patti) Little and David Little; great-grandchildren, Nicole Little and Jeremy (Brandy) Little; great-great-grandchildren, Chase Roberts and Ryman Little; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 16, at the funeral home.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 17, at Greenwood Cemetery with Reverend Michael Combs, Jr. officiating.
Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist, 404 South Moore Road.
