Cleveland Police Officer Resigns After Sending "Inappropriate" Text

A Cleveland Police officer has resigned after he was placed on administrative leave for sending an inappropriate text to a female co-worker.

Sgt. Eddie Bonnett sent an inappropriate picture to a female officer on Wednesday, the department said.

Chief Mark Gibson took the action after looking into the situation.

The resignation was on Friday and is effective next week.
