One Driver Taken To Hospital After Accident Between An RV And Car

The driver of a passenger car is in the hospital after a traffic accident involving an RV and a car at the 4000 block of Rossville Boulevard Sunday at about 5:16 p.m.

The driver of the passenger car was extricated from the vehicle by the Chattanooga Fire Department and was transported to a local hospital by Hamilton County EMS. 

Police said the driver of the RV was traveling west on 40th Street and failed to yield while crossing traffic on Rossville Boulevard.

The driver of the passenger car collided with the RV while traveling north on Rossville Boulevard.

The driver of the passenger car sustained serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this accident to call 698-2525.
