Jerry A. Miller, 73, of Varnell, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, R. T. Miller Jr. and Pauline Miller; brothers, James and Ronald Miller.
He was a member of Hillcrest Church of Christ in Tunnel Hill.
Mr. Miller is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Kay Miller; a daughter & son-in-law, Ronda & David Jolly of Tunnel Hill; son & daughter-in-law, Bruce & Wendy Miller of Athens, GA; brother & sister-in-law, Russell & Donna Miller of Dalton; three grandchildren, Jennifer & Seth Brown of Chatsworth, Lauren Miller of Atlanta and Justin Jolly of Tunnel Hill; one great-grandchild, Harper Brown; and nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, Aug. 29 at 3 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Minister Roy Clark officiating. Burial will be in Varnell Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, Aug. 29 from 12-3 p.m.
