Memphis Man Turns Himself In Hours After Being Added To TBI's Top 10 List

Just hours after being placed on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top Ten Most Wanted list, Tremaine Wilbourn turned himself in to law enforcement officials late Monday afternoon. 

Wilbourn, 29, was wanted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Memphis Police Department on the charge of Homicide for killing a Memphis Police Officer on Saturday.

Wilbourn turned himself in to marshals with the U.S. Marshals Service without incident just before 5 p.m. at the Federal Building in downtown Memphis.
