Mocha Restaurant & Music Lounge has closed at 511 Broad St., and the space is up for lease.

There is 6,800 square feet of space at the former restaurant, and another 3,000 square feet is available.

The site is "a turn key restaurant and bar," a sign says.

Mocha was formerly in the Old Towne section of Brainerd near the tunnel.

It moved downtown in September 2013.
