Gorgeous Grandma Day at the Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence in Collegedale started out with pampering and makeovers with LuAnn shepherd of Mary Kay Cosmetics. Residents were models wearing brand new outfits that Sonia Deleon (manager) and Brenda Reynolds (assistant manager) of Bon Worth in Cleveland brought from the store, picking out the just right size for each model. Each model was escorted by Collegedale Academy students Alex Ennis or Elizha Sanders as residents carried bouquets of flowers donated by Grafe Studios Florist Artists in Chattanooga.
"It was a glamorous day at the memory care community," officials said.
