Debit card thief
Crime Stoppers and the Chattanooga Police Department are seeking information leading to the identification and arrest of a man who used a stolen debit card.
The man used a stolen debit card on July 18 to withdraw $500 from the Regions Bank ATM at 5515 Brainerd Road. The victim stated that she dropped her debit card in the parking lot and it is believed this is where the thief found the card and proceeded to fraudulently represent himself as the victim.
These photos, provided by the Regions Bank ATM security camera, catch the portrait of this criminal in the act of stealing.
