GDOL To Help BelFlex Staffing Recruit Workers In Trenton

The Georgia Department of Labor will help BelFlex Staffing Network fill more than 40 positions for several manufacturing plants in the Dade County area.

The recruitment will be held Tuesday, Aug. 18, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the commission room of the Dade County Courthouse located at 71 Case Ave. in Trenton.

The company is recruiting assemblers, machine operators and inspectors for temporary, full-time employment on the first or second shifts. Most of the openings are for assemblers of parts used in the automotive industry.

Salaries range from $9-$10 an hour. Benefits include optional health insurance, dental insurance and wellness coverage.

Due to U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations, applicants must be at least 18 years old. They must also have a valid form of identification, a high school diploma or a General Education Diploma and be able to work shifts of up to 12 hours.

The company will conduct a background check and drug-screening test.

Applicants for the assembler openings should have a minimum of one year of experience in manufacturing, production or warehouse work.
