College volleyball fans will have an opportunity to see eight hours of action on Saturday as Dalton State volleyball’s home opening matches include Reinardt, Milligan and Life.
The Roadrunners (1-3) will play Reinhardt (4-2) at 10:00 a.m. Life (3-0) will battle Milligan (4-1) at noon. Dalton State will return to the court at 2:00 p.m. to meet Milligan. Reinhardt and Life will finish the day beginning at 4:00 p.m.
The volleyball Roadrunners opened the season last weekend as part of the 16-team Lindsey Wilson Classic in Columbia, KY.
The two days of volleyball saw the Roadrunners beating Cumberland (Tenn.), but falling to the University of the Cumberlands (KY.), Indiana University Kokomo and Indiana University Southeast.
After Saturday, the Roadrunners will go back on the road to play at Loyola of New Orleans on September 11th and two games in Eight Mile, Ala on the 12th where they will face the University of Mobile and Tougaloo.
Dalton State home action is at Bandy Gymnasium on the Dalton State campus. There is no charge for admission.
