4 Shot In 3 Separate Shootings Saturday Night

Four people were shot in three separate shootings Saturday night.

At approximately 10:34 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to 3940 Camellia Dr. at Cromwell Hills apartments on a shots fired call. While officers were on the scene, two victims suffering gunshot wounds showed up at a local hospital. 

After gathering more information, the location of the shooting was determined to be at 3922 Jasmine StreetThe victims, Charles Johnson, 23, and Kia Pines, 21, said that they were standing near 3922 Jasmine when they heard gunfire and realized that they had been struck as a result of it. Both victims said they did not see anyone. They were treated for their non-life threatening injuries and released. 

Later, at approximately 12:15 a.m., Chattanooga Police responded to 600 N. Willow St, on a person shot fired call. 

The victim, Delvante White, 18, said that he was standing near 600 North Willow St. when he observed several people get out of a black SUV and begin firing shots in his direction, striking him in his right shoulder blade as he attempted to run away. He could not give any detailed information on the suspects.

The victim was transported to the hospital by a personally-owned vehicle. He was treated for a non-life threatening injury.

At approximately 2:31 a.m. Chattanooga Police responded to a local hospital on a person shot. The victim, Tremail Harmon, 25, said he was standing in the parking lot of Bootsie’s nightclub at 1201 East 37th St. when he heard several gunshots and felt a sharp pain in his neck. 

He said he dropped to the ground after realizing that he had been struck by gunfire and was rushed into a nearby car and transported to the hospital.  He said he did hear a car speed off after he was shot but did not remember anything else. His injuries are non-life threatening. 

Chattanooga Police Major Crimes investigators are conducting investigations of the shootings. No suspect information is available at this time.
