Chattooga County Commissioner Jason Winters presented the Chattooga County Adult Education Center in Summerville, Ga. with a proclamation during Adult Education and Family Literacy Week in Georgia Sept. 7-11. The proclamation recognized the work the center has done in educating the people of Chattooga County throughout the year.
