Once dismissed as a fad, tiny homes have proven themselves to be a movement with staying power.

At the Governor's Housing Conference, a panel of experts will discuss where the movement is going in Tennessee, including changing definitions, challenges with zoning and HOA rules, and new ways of thinking about affordable housing.

Panelists include:  Sarah Murphy, Music City Tiny House and Jeremy Weaver, Wind River Custom Homes.  The tiny house panel is 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 8.
