Keith Dewayne Thomas, 35, of 106 Bluebird Road, Ringgold was arrested September 18 for entering auto.

Tessy Lanette Gray, 39, of 106 Bluebird Road, Ringgold was arrested September 18 on a charge of buy/possession of Schedule III, IV, V substances.

Jose Bercenas Hernandez, 32, of 164 Alex Circle, Rossville was arrested September 18 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to yield.

Viliulfo Frausto-Torres, 37, of 108 Noel Lane, Rossville was arrested September 18 on charges of driving while unlicensed and tag light requirements.

Rebecca Jo Waters, 54, of 116 East Avenue, Flintstone was arrested September 19 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.

William Troy Ellis, 28, of 1178 Highway 225 South, Lot 76, Chatsworth was arrested September 19 for a probation violation.

Michael Steven Pickett, 30, of 7509 Hixson Pike, Hixson was arrested September 19 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs and failure to maintain lane.

Devin Terrell Choice, 20, of 3725 Fountain Avenue, Apt. 60, East Ridge was arrested September 20 for driving while license suspended.

Joseph Gary Hunter, 41, of 115 Clydesdale Lane, Ringgold was arrested September 21 on charges of giving false name/false information to police and obstruction of officers.

Aaliyah Tametria Woodard, 20, of 2515 Bailey Avenue, Chattanooga was arrested September 20 for theft by shoplifting.

Marcella Nicole Thornton, 20, of 2558 6th Avenue, Chattanooga was arrested September 20 for theft by shoplifting.

Demetria Nicole Woodard, 19, of 2515 Bailey Avenue, Chattanooga was arrested September 20 for theft by shoplifting.

Joshua Wayne Teeters, 27, of 502 Cory Circle, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested September 20 for probation violation.

Eric Shane Burris, 35, of 702 Henderson Avenue, Rossville was arrested September 21 on a charge of burglary.

Ann Darlene King, 47, of 2000 Leisure Lane, Crossville, TN was arrested September 21 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, following too closely, no insurance and open container.

Jewell Diane Barkley, 39, of 114 Spruce Street, Rossville was arrested September 22 for theft by shoplifting.

Melissa Rene Hardeman, 36, of 792 Mack Smith Road, Rossville was arrested September 22 for theft by shoplifting.

Christopher Brad Ottinger, 30, of Moore Road, Chattanooga was arrested September 24 on a warrant.

Brandi Jame Elliott, 34, of 12513 Cranfield Road, Birchwood, TN was arrested September 24 on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked and affixing license plate to misrepresent vehicle.
