Linda G. McBryar, 63, of Chattanooga, died on September 29, 2015.

Linda was an employee of Olan Mills for 30 years, and a member of Temple Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edgar Sikes.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Bobby McBryar, mother, Hazel Sikes, sons, Allen (Christy) Hartley of Cleveland, and Chris (Stephanie) McBryar of Harrison, brothers, Larry (Waneda) Sikes, and Mike Sikes, both of Chattanooga, eight grandchildren, two nephews who were like sons, Darrel (Angie) McBryar, and Harold McBryar, and several neices and nephews.

Although the battle with her heart was long and suffering her true heart remained with trust in God.

The family would like to THANK Hospice of Chattanooga, especially her nurse, Kim Sweeton for all of their comfort and support during the last few months.

Services will be held on Thursday, Oct. 1, at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Reverend John Prettyman officiating. Burial will follow at Lakewood Memorial Gardens South.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, Sept. 30, from 2-5 and 6-8 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, 7454 E. Brainerd Road.
