Larry Vernon Harwood, 67, of Chattanooga, died on Wednesday, September 2, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon Harwood and Ruby Jones; brother, Gary Brackett; sisters, Susie Shultz, and Debbie Doss.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years Patricia Edmond Harwood; son, Cary Edwin Harwood; daughter, Kim (Nick) Wilson; sister, Linda White; grandchildren, Tabatha Harwood, and Kerry Jones. 2 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, Sept. 6, at 2 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home with Pastor Charles Knight officiating.
Interment will follow in the Tennessee Georgia Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, Sept. 5, from 4-7 p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
