Forrest Whitfield Brooks, Jr., 65, of Chattanooga, died on Saturday, September 26, 2015.
He retired from U.S. Pipe after 30 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Brooks; daughter, Virginia Elizabeth Brooks, both of Chattanooga; and sister, Susan Meyers of Augusta, Ga.
There will be no visitation or services.
