A man who told officers he was going to “shoot them” when he got out of jail was arrested on Tuesday.

Antoine Ray, 34, was found on the public library property after hours, but refused to leave when police asked him to, stating, “You’re going to have to shoot me.”

The arrest report says that after the officer tried to help him get his things packed up, he snatched a bag out of an officers hand, screaming, “You’re not a real cop.”

The officer called for backup and then took Ray under arrest.

His bond has been set at $8,000.
