A former Hixson Bojangles’ employee has filed a lawsuit claiming that while employed there, she was subjected to constant threats of physical harm, sexual harassment, and sexual assault and was fired when she complained to superiors.

The plaintiff claims that she was threatened with a box cutter by one of her co-workers and that on multiple occasions she was touched and tickled inappropriately.

She says that the co-worker consistently made sexual comments to her while this was happening.

The lawsuit says that on July 6, the plaintiff complained to her supervisor about the incidents, but was fired herself as a result. It also says that she had received no reprimands or other disciplinary notices while employed there.

The plaintiff is 36 and has five children under the age of 18.

The lawsuit demands a trial by jury to hear the case and determine appropriate reparations for her losses.
