Photographic Society Of Chattanooga Open House With Bill Fortney

The Photographic Society of Chattanooga will hold its annual Open House with special guest Bill Fortney on Thursday, Oct. 15 at 6 p.m. at the St. John United Methodist Church, 3921 Murray Hills Dr.

Mr. Fortney has been a professional photographer for 46 years, and is an author of several books and ebooks.  He is currently a photographer for the Fuji X-system.  Mr. Fortney’s images have been published in books and magazines, and he gives photography workshops throughout the year.  His program will be, “A Photographer Reborn:  How I gave up photographic prostitution for the joy of becoming a serious amateur shooter.”  

Visitors are welcome. Refreshments will be served and raffles will be held for door prizes.
