Here is the Catoosa County arrest report for Aug. 28-Sept. 3:

Jason Chris Teater, 41, of 463 Broad Street, Tallapoosa, GA was arrested August 28 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, violation of Georgia’s controlled substance act and assisting another agency.

Adam Corey Jarrell, 33, of 79 Ford Drive, Trenton was arrested August 28 on charges of driving while license revoked, improperly transferred plate and unregistered vehicle.

Derrick Sean Starnes, 23, of 584 Pine Grove Access Road, Apt.

217, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested August 29 on charges of expired registration, driving while license revoked and seat belt violation.

Summer Rhianon Brogdon, 22, of 71 Post Oak Road, Ringgold was arrested August 29 for theft by shoplifting.

David Clay Graham, 21, of 601 James Street, Rossville was arrested August 30 on charges of outstanding warrant, driving while license suspended, improperly transferred plate, no proof of insurance and unregistered vehicle.

Jacob Nolan Berry, 21, of 17 Clay Court, Ringgold was arrested August 30 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain lane.

Brannon Hugh Owens, 22, of 22 Starview Lane, Chattanooga was arrested August 30 for public drunkenness.

Desi Centill Lawrence, 31, of 15260 Springvale Road, Chattanooga was arrested August 30 on charges of driving while license suspended and speeding.

April Nicole Frisbee, 28, of 3525 Cathy Lane, Chattanooga was arrested August 30 for driving while license suspended.

Randy Dale Blevins, 25, of 329 Tanager Circle, East Ridge was arrested August 30 for battery.

Randy Dale Blevins, 58, of 329 Tanager Circle, East Ridge was arrested August 30 for criminal trespass.

Matthew Samuel Shipman, 48, of 1007 Greenhill Drive, Rossville was arrested September 1 for driving while license suspended/revoked.

Jennifer Marie McCullial, 29, of 40 Helen Avenue, Rossville was arrested September 2 for driving while license suspended/revoked.
