Property At 1400 Chestnut Sold For $1,375,000

A large vacant tract on Chestnut Street has been sold for $1,375,000.

The sale is to 1400 Chestnut Llc from James C Berry, J Marshall Berry.

The property had been in use for parking by the late Jim Berry of Republic Parking.

Kore LLC has been planning a 210-unit apartment complex at the site, which is near T Bone's Restaurant.
