Here is the Fort Oglethorpe arrest report for Jan. 8-14:

Jacob Jay Knight, 26, of 21 Tea Rose Lane, Ringgold was arrested January 9 for theft by shoplifting.

Cody Brent Sanders, 25, of 1214 Gillespie Road, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested January 10 for failure to appear.

Joshua Clinton Ware, 30, of 2411 Saunders Road, Ringgold was arrested January 10 for disorderly conduct.

Charles Daniel Kelley, 26, of 86 Shady Lane, Ringgold was arrested January 10 on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked and failure to signal.

Anthony Dean Luke, 36, of 1100 Logan Avenue, Chickamauga was arrested January 11 on charges of driving in excess of maximum limits, driving while license suspended and an outstanding Walker County warrant.

Anthony Eugene Harvey, 27, of 1700 Cordillia Lane, Chattanooga was arrested January 12 on charges of driving while license suspended and driving in excess of maximum limits.

Troy Ray Early, 37, of 928 Colony Circle, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested January 12 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, failure to maintain lane and following too closely.

Paul Leo James, 38, of 2900 Camp Creek Parkway, Apt.

E6, Atlanta was arrested January 13 for loitering and prowling.

Ryan Chase Ballard, 18, of 408 Oglethorpe Ridge Lane, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested January 13 for simple battery.

Jodi Lee Green, 19, of 2305 Airport Interchange Avenue, Memphis was arrested January 13 on charges of giving false name/false information to police, disorderly conduct and theft by shoplifting.

Laura Lee Brown, 25, of 3274 South Highway 341, Chickamauga was arrested January 14 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain lane.

Christian Morgan Mercer-Smith, 21, of 411 Rolling Hills, Ringgold was arrested January 14 on charges of battery, disorderly conduct, obstruction of officers and simple battery.
