The Backlot at Heritage House in East Brainerd, 1428 Jenkins Road, will feature seven casting calls this month.
The film program at Southern Adventist University will be casting for their senior/spring projects with a casting call on Monday at 6:30 p.m.
There are seven individual films. Many of the roles are paid positions.

The evening will also include the premiere of the World We Knew from Trinity's Apprentice Productions and special guest Andy Johns, chair of the Lookout Wild Film Festival. There will also be an appearance by Mistress Gwendolyn of Dark Princess Theatre promoting the 2016 Bleeding Hearts Ball to be held in February.
Participants are encouraged to bring a potluck dish, non-alcoholic beverage and a head shot, business cards and resumes.
