Francesca Blanchard Makes Her Chattanooga Debut Feb. 9 At Barking Legs

  • Monday, January 25, 2016

Singer-songwriter Francesca Blanchard, whose 2015 debut album has been hailed as one of the best records of the year, makes her Tennessee debut with a performance at the Barking Legs Theater on Tuesday, Feb. 9.

Review for Francesca Blanchard:

Ms. Blanchard was born and raised in France, traveled the globe with her family and settled in the Vermont countryside when she was 10-years-old. Her artfully crafted, emotionally intimate songs have earned her comparisons to Norah Jones and Eva Cassidy blended with the French chic of Françoise Hardy and Carla Bruni.

Blanchard’s first full-length release, deux visions, was produced by Chris Velan (Sierra Leone's Refugee All Stars), mixed by acclaimed Montreal producer Jean Massicotte (Lhasa, Patrick Watson) and mastered at the prestigious Metropolis Studios in London. The album was featured on numerous best of 2015 lists.

The show starts at 7:30 p.m.  Tickets are $12 and available here
