Dr. Cindy McCord Joins Associates In Plastic Surgery

  • Wednesday, January 27, 2016

Associates in Plastic Surgery (APS) has added a surgeon to their team in order to meet increased demand and expand the practice's services.

Dr.

Cindy McCord joined the practice in December 2015 and will provide the full range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery services, along with Dr. Chris Chase and Dr. Arthur vonWerssowetz.

"With the retirement of Dr. Eyssen, one of Chattanooga's best-known plastic surgeons, we are thrilled to welcome Dr. McCord to our team," states Dr. vonWerrsowetz."More and more we are treating patients in Chattanooga who are from surrounding cities like Nashville and Atlanta. We are excited and humbled that patients are willing to travel a few extra hours to be treated here in Chattanooga,” says Dr. vonWerssowetz.

Dr. McCord received her medical degree from St. George University School of Medicine, and completed her plastic surgery training at the Medical University of South Carolina. She was previously practicing in Gadsden, Ala.

“Bringing Dr. McCord onboard and maintaining three surgeons on staff is essential as the number of cosmetic procedures we perform on men and women each year goes up,” said Dr. Chris Chase. "Her personality, training, and skill set will mesh well with our high standards of patient care and reputation in the Southeast for exceptional cosmetic surgery results."

Associates in Plastic Surgery (APS) has been in practice for over 30 years and specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face, breasts, and entire body, as well as overall skin health. APS offers the latest techniques and products for non-invasive, minimally invasive, and surgical solutions to defy the aging process and/or restore and reshape the body for the optimal appearance.

APS has a certified, AAAHC-accredited in-office surgery suite for patients seeking private, convenient, and affordable cosmetic surgery procedures. For more information about Associates in Plastic Surgery, visit aprs.md or call 423-624-0021.
