Tennessee Conference On Social Welfare Set For Nov. 18

The Southeast Regional Tennessee Conference on Social Welfare will be holding its annual Fall Conference on Friday, Nov. 18 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. at Christ United Methodist Church, 8645 E. Brainerd Road in Chattanooga.

This year’s theme is:  Re-Think, Revitalize, Re-Connect, with breakout sessions  which will take on an inter-generational approach as it relates to families, with topics including: ethics, education, culture, rural family networks, the empty nest is full again, elderly protection,  generational communication---social media vs. letter writing-talking on the phone, social services, and more.  

The keynote speaker will be Jed Mescon.

Continuing Education Hours (CEUs) and Contact Hours will be available, including 2-3 hours in Ethics.
