North Hamilton County Chamber Council Has Harvest Food Drive

  • Wednesday, October 12, 2016

The North Hamilton County Council of the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Harvest Food Drive supporting the Soddy Daisy Food Bank. Volunteers will collect monetary donations as well as nonperishable food items.

The Soddy Daisy Food Bank serves an average of 400 families a month with emergency food boxes. Since 1989, they operate solely through volunteer efforts and donations.

During the two-day food drive, donations made through their website will also benefit the Harvest Food Drive.

The food drive will be Friday and Saturday at the Soddy Daisy Walmart, 9334 Dayton Pike.
