Graham Should Request A PILOT To Paint Lookout Valley Rec Center

Re:  Commission Votes Down Graham Request For $2,500 In Painting Materials For Lookout Valley Recreation Center

Perhaps Joe Graham should apply for a PILOT to get this work done.  The Hamilton County Commission and the Chattanooga City Council are extraordinarily generous in approving those urgent necessities around the area for big moneyed builders and developers, even when they fail to follow the law and especially when the taxpayers overwhelmingly object.

Oh well, as they say, "Something stinks in the State of Denmark" and it has taken root and grown profusely in the State of Tennessee.

Perhaps we need to fire the whole kit and caboodle come election time.  I predict that would bring about an astonishing uptake in the quality of the knowledge base of our elected government officials.
