A second person has been arrested in an incident in which a youth was robbed and thrown to the ground.

Dontae Devaughn Goodner, 20, of 6731 Rocky River Road, was arrested earlier. Now Noah Dennis Ross White, 18, of 4611 Webb Road, is also charged with aggravated robbery.

A youth said he got off the school bus and started walking home. He said he passed by a red vehicle that was parked at an abandoned duplex at 3960 Arbor Place Lane. Three black males were inside.

He said White asked if he wanted to buy some marijuana and took payment from him.

Then, he said, Goodner opened the trunk of his car, took out a machete and told him to give him the rest of the money in his pocket.

He said after he gave them the money, he begged for his life.

Goodner and White picked him up and threw him to the ground, breaking his foot, he said.

He said he recognized Goodner and White. He picked them out of a photo lineup.

Goodner was stopped in a red vehicle just prior to midnight the next night. A machete was found in the trunk of the car.
