A tax abatement is being sought for a new apartment project at the Woodlawn Apartments at 2300 Wilson Street.
Alco Woodlawn Partners LC is set to go before the city's Health, Education and Housing Facility Board on Wednesday at noon.
The project includes 24 one-bedroom unit, 104 two-bedrooms and 35 three-bedrooms.
All units would meet affordable housing guidelines, officials said. They are to be rent restricted to those making no more than 60 percent of the area median gross income.
Under the new Berke administration standards, at least 50 percent of the units must be affordable to be considered for tax breaks.
Alco Woodlawn Partners is seeking a 10-year PILOT (payment in lieu of taxes), then a five-year "phase-in" (going from 20 percent to 100 percent of taxes) for a total of 15 years.
