Hamilton County Republican Women held its annual Fall Fashion Show on Saturday to benefit local veterans. Proceeds from the event go to The Samaritan Center, "serving those who serve," to provide emergency assistance with utilities, medications, cleaning and personal care items to veterans in need. Representative Chuck Fleischmann delivered opening remarks and Faye Robinson, HCRW president, welcomed our guests to the event.
This year's fashion show mixed things up with men and women modeling new trends in casual and dress clothing. Models were club members and many elected officials which brought lots of smiles, clapping and table chatter throughout the show. By the event's end, organizers were hearing, "It was the most fun fashion show..." over and over from guests.
Organizers said, "Many thanks to all of the elected officials who participated in this benefit for our military veterans. We appreciate your time and commitment to this effort. We also would like to thank Stein Mart and their staff for delivering individual consults, fabulous fashion and an expert commentator for this year's show, and Hickory Ridge Senior Living Center for providing the venue. Inspired by this year's success, we are already looking forward to our 2017 Fall Fashion Show."
