A man who robbed the Publix pharmacy on North Market Street on Chattanooga was arrested after he returned for more pills.

Police said Eric Michael Graham was upset when he found he had been given only 30 Xanax pills. He called the pharmacist and said he was coming back for more.

Police were waiting for him and charged the 27-year-old Graham with robbery.

In the incident on Saturday, police said they were first told that a white male had handed the pharmacist a demand note.

After he was confronted by police, Graham offered to get the 30 Xanax from his residence at 541 E. Manning St.

Police found the pills along with the demand note and the disguise he wore.
