The Planning Commission staff is recommending approval for five short-term vacation rental requests.
Three are all from Lookout Mountain Vacation Rentals.
The sites are:
3073 Baggett Trail on Signal Mountain - Zachary Wayne Reynolds
815 S. Scenic Highway near Shingle Road on the side of Lookout Mountain Alan Haniszewski
7029 Maplewood Lane near Old Wauhatchie Pike - Jamye Joseph
Two others are from James Rogers. They are at 7808 Hixson Pike and 16112 Lakewood Dr.
The cases go before the Planning Commission next Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
