Chattanooga Construction Company is planning a 69-unit townhouse subdivision on Pinewood Drive off Gunbarrel Road in East Brainerd.
There would be a densite of 4.9 units per acre.
The property is owned by Fredrick Wood, William Brown and Dorothy Lawson.
Access would be from Gunbarrel Road.
The case goes before the Planning Commission next Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
The staff is recommending approval for rezoning.
