PEOPLE AT RISK:
- Children
- Active adults
- Older adults
- People with heart or lung disease
- People with unusual susceptibility to air pollution
REDUCE EXPOSURE:
- Stay indoors with windows and doors closed
- Minimize outdoor activities, especially physical exertion during smoky conditions
- Keep the fresh air intake closed when running the heat and a/c
- Choose less strenuous outdoor activities away from wildfire smoke
- If possible, avoid areas where the wildfires are burning
- Monitor air quality conditions and sign up for alerts at apcb.org
