Isabella “Bella” Marie Lombardi
The second child found in the swimming pool on Georgetown Road, Isabella “Bella” Marie Lombardi, 7, has now died.
Her family is currently going through the process at T.C. Thompson Children’s Hospital to donate her organs. They want “Bella” to be remembered as a child who helped save another child’s life.
Sheriff Eric Watson said, “I send my deepest condolences to the family of the two deceased juveniles and Hopewell Elementary School’s faculty and students. The passing of “Bella” only intensifies what this community has been going through since “Mikey” first passed a few days ago.
The loss of two children is devastating, and I will continue to pray for the family who have been affected by this tragedy. Please remember to keep their school resource officer, Deputy Mitchell Roe, in your prayers as this has greatly impacted him as well.”
