Residence Inn, Extended Stay Near Hamilton Place Sell For $28.8 Million

A hotel and an extended stay near Hamilton Place Mall have been sold for a combined $28.8 million.
 
The sale included the Marriott Residence Inn on Center Street off Shallowford Road and the TownePlace Extended Stay at 7010  Mccutcheon Road.
 
The properties were bought by Ahip Tn Chattanooga Properties Llc.
 
The Residence Inn was sold by Desna Inc. for $18,808,247.
 
The TownePlace Extended Stay was sold by McCutcheon Lodging LLC for $9,993,829.
