Emery Oneal Duba, Sr., 59, of Dunlap, Tennessee, died Monday, November 28, 2016 in a Chattanooga hospital.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints.
Mr. Duba was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Naomi Roberts Duba.
Survivors include his children Emery Oneal Duba, Jr., Diane Oneal Anderson and Alisha Duba; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, Dec. 1 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 3447 Main St., Pikeville, TN 37367.
