Vivian Sue Redwine, 70, of the Tilton Community, died on Thursday December 1, 2016 at the local hospital.

She was born March 10, 1946 in Dalton, GA to the late William Orval and Lila Ruth Byers Mulkey; and was also preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, Ralph Ben and Marie Keener Mulkey; and brother-in-law, Bruce Smith.

She was a member of Five Springs United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Robert Redwine of the residence; son and daughter-in-law, Jacob Micheal and Michelle Joy Redwine of Sugar Hill, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Rena` and Bruce Townsend of Flowery Branch, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Fred Paul and Cheryl Eades Mulkey of Resaca, GA, George Jack and Diane Harmes Mulkey of Gainseville, GA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda Faye Mulkey and Donald Stone, Dorthy Louise Mulkey and James “Whitey” Grimes of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Lauren Townsend, Kristen Townsend, Owen Redwine, Dalton Redwine; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Willard and Mary Redwine, Pam Redwine Smith of Dalton, GA; and several nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Vivian Sue Redwine will be held Saturday Dec. 3 at 1 p.m. from the Five Springs United Methodist Church with Pastor Ann Fleming and Reverend Jennings Neeld officiating. Interment will follow in the Cove Church Cemetery with her nephews serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. on Friday.
