Man, 31, Struck And Killed While Walking To Friend's House At Night In Catoosa County

A man walking to a friend's house was struck by two cars in Catoosa County on Thursday night.

The victim in the incident on Lake Road was identified as Max Alexander Wilson, 31.

It happened about 9 p.m.

A 17-year-old driver first hit the pedestrian. A second vehicle struck the victim's body as it lay in the middle of the road.

No charges are to be filed.

Authorities said the victim was not wearing any reflective clothing.
