Gladys Oletta Williams, 91, a native of Chattanooga, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2016.

Mrs. Williams was born and raised in Chattanooga and was a former member of Spring Creek Church of God.  She was a dedicated, loving homemaker to her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Williams; parents, Jerry Johnson, Sr. and Lena Kelley Johnson Walker; siblings, LJ Johnson, Jerry Johnson, Willous Johnson, Beatrice Tallant, Kennith Johnson, and Alvin Johnson.

Surviving are her sons, Stanley Lewis, of Chattanooga, Terry and wife, Vicki Williams, of Jasper, Tn., Gerry Williams and Larry Williams, of Hixson; siblings, Velma Izetta Lawrence of Cleveland, Tn., Betty Sue Campbell of Charlotte, and Barbara and husband, Dennis Brown of Cleveland; grandchildren, Corey Haggard and Sheppard Williams of Jasper; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 28, and 12-1 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 29, at the funeral home. 

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 29, at the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Orange Grove Development Center Inc, 615 Derby Street, Chattanooga, Tn. 37404.
