An investigation by special agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and detectives with the Tipton County Sheriff’s Office has resulted in the arrest of a second individual in connection with a double homicide in July.

At the request of 25th District Attorney General Mike Dunavant, TBI special agents joined the Tipton County Sheriff’s Office in investigating a double homicide that occurred on July 30, on Glen Springs Road in Drummond. Two individuals, Robert Bailey, 66,  and his 41-year-old daughter, Tammie Bailey, were found deceased in their home. The investigation revealed that an attempt had been made to set the house on fire. During the course of the investigation, agents developed information that led to Jason Holland, 36, and Michael Cullum, 46, of Millington, as individuals who played a part in the crime. Holland was arrested in August and charged for his role.

On Nov. 7, the Tipton County Grand Jury returned indictments charging Cullum with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of felony murder, one count of theft, one count of arson and one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. On Nov. 23, Cullum was served with the capias while he was being held in the Shelby County Jail on charges from that county. On Friday, Cullum was booked in Tipton County on a $1,000,000 bond, and was released back to the Shelby County Jail.
