Glenna Mae Fischer, 90, of Chattanooga, died on Friday, December 2, 2016.

Mrs. Fischer was born in Fort Payne, Al.  She was an active member of Jones United Methodist Church since the 1950s where she belonged to the Fellowship Sunday School Class and the Women’s Circle.  She retired from Osborne Enterprises as the executive assistant manager having last been assigned to Quality Inn South.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred J. Fischer; parents, Dave and Jessie Culpepper; and brothers, David Jr., James and Gleason Ray Culpepper.

Surviving are her sons, Glenn (Heidi) Fischer of Ocala, FL. and Mark (Jessica) Fischer of Chesapeake, VA; three grandchildren, Cheree, Cami and Sean; brother-in-law, Dave Fischer; sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Fischer and Elouise Culpepper, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 5, at the funeral home.

Funeral services be at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 6, at Jones United Methodist Church, 4131 Ringgold Road, East Ridge, Tn. 37412, with visitation one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice in Glenna Mae’s memory.
