Margie Imogene Berry Bratcher, 81, of Ringgold, Georgia, died on Tuesday, December 6, 2016.
A native of Silvey, N.C., she had lived in the North Georgia area for the past 40 years. Margie was a former employee of Con-Agra where she worked for 10 years and attended Ebenezer Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hoyt H. Bratcher; parents, John William and Rhoda Rachel Plott Berry; and brother, George Berry.
She is survived by three children, Joe (Lora) Brown of Benton, Tn., Sue Calfee of Tennessee and Lou Hembree of Tennessee; two brothers, Vurle Berry of Ringgold, and Robert Berry of Thomasville, Ga., seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 9, at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Wilson Funeral Home Wallis-Stewart Chapel, Ringgold.
