Renva Louise Hughes, 62, of Rossville, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 8, 2016.
She was a life-long resident of Rossville and a member of Bible Baptist Church. She worked at the Standard Coosa Thatcher plant for 20 years before retiring from Burner Systems in Tiftonia.
Renva was preceded in death by her father, William Hughes.
Survivors include her loving mother, Nina Stallings Hughes; brother, Lamar (Laverne) Hughes; best friend, Sandra Bass; godson, Britton Bass; loving aunt, Winola Roden; along with several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 12, at the funeral home chapel with Pastor Ricky Gravley officiating. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
